The hotel had a few drawbacks like rooms smelling of smoke and being a bit dark, but the workers were renovating which was nice to see. On the positive side, the rooms were nice and the workers were friendly and helpful. The location offered a mix of food choices and was convenient for activities, although not in a very cultural area.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were very comfortable and clean, with a new toilet and shower. The air conditioning unit worked well, and the entire hotel was spotless. The service was outstanding, with staff like Sa'de who were extremely polite and helpful. The location was convenient for exploring downtown Cincinnati, but the surrounding area wasn't the best. However, the facilities were well-maintained and the overall value for money was good.

The service here was top-notch! Sa'de stood out as a gem, always polite and very nice. The staff responded quickly to any requests, and even graciously moved us to a different room. They were all friendly and provided excellent service.
